VEGAN KALE CASHEW PESTO
• 1/4 cup cashews
• 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
• 1/2 cup fresh basil
• 1/2 cup fresh kale
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/4 cup avocado (or olive) oil
• salt + pepper to taste
- Blend everything together in a food processor or blender.
- Enjoy!! (Great on pasta, sandwiches, salads, etc.)
