Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit

Protein:  12 grams
Fibre:  13 grams


  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal (rolled oats)
  • 1 cup of water or favourite nut milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup



Cook Oatmeal with water or milk
Mix chia seeds and maple syrup into cooked oatmeal

Additional topping ideas:

Fresh organic strawberries
Fresh organic banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
