Pasta with Roasted Capsicum & Carrot Sauce


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt & pepper


Roast carrots and capsicum with salt and pepper and garlic infused olive oil and Italian herbs on 160 C for 25 -30 mins. Peel skins of capsicum (can keep on but makes it slightly bitter). Blend together with nutritional yeast and water. Stir into pasta of choice and enjoy!!
