Satay Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry


  • 1 x Chopped Carrot
  • Broccolini
  • 1 x Finely Sliced Capsicum
  • 1 x Sliced Zucchini
  • Chopped Tofu
  • Satay Sauce
  • 1 packet of (egg-free) glass or rice noodles


  1. Cook veggies on the fry pan
  2. Cook the noodles by the packet
  3. Oven bake the tofu at the same time
  4. Once all cooked, combine all ingredients together. Mix together with the satay sauce & the oven baked tofu chunks
