Hummus and Kale Sandwich


This is a very quick and easy lunch, very tasty and actually filling.  It can be paired with fruit, or chips, or salad, pasta salad, etc.

Ingredients

  • Bread – I used ‘Daves Killer Bread’
  • Organic classic hummus
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Kale leaves
  • Organic sliced tomato (2 slices)

Directions

  1. Hummus – spread as much or as little as you want on the bread
  2. Everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on top of hummus
  3. Paprika sprinkled on top of hummus
  4. Add Kale leaves
  5. Add Organic sliced tomato
  6. Eat!
