Soulara Review by Let’s Go Vegan!

Recently we were lucky enough to try out plant-based food delivery service Soulara and their delisciously wholesome meals. Soulara’s range is chef crafted and all 100% natural + 100% plant based.
We gave them a shot to see just how fresh and tasty they really are, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.
Below we reviewed the nine varieties that we tried, but there are plenty more we will be trying the next time around.

What was great about the whole experience was feeling like you were getting something homemade and wholesome but that was also convenient and quick to whip up at the same time. This to us is what makes Soulara such a great option for the time-poor person looking to eat better, both in health and taste!
The meals were filling and tasty and the experience seamless.

Below is our feedback on the meals that we tried.

Jade Nadi Noodles

In a sentence, a flavour explosion! Perfectly tender cooked veggies accompanied with sriracha tofu and Saba noodles. It was a flavorsome and filling lunch, would definately order again!

Ruby sunrise chia pudding

It was a delicious raspberry flavoured chia pudding perfectly paired with pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs. Good breakfast or even afternoon snack.

Celestial Chickpea Detox Bowl

Eating a rainbow would be one way to describe this bowl. Smoky chickpeas surrounded by tasty fresh veggie- beetroot, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus. Flavour explosion of turmeric, ginger, and the spices were a great touch.

Salted Caramel Dreams

These balls are seriously good. That perfect work snack that’s a little naughty and very nice!

Roots unearthed red curry

The combination of coconut cream and tofu made this dish. Plenty of flavour for those who like it, a hearty lunchtime or dinner meal.

Golden coconut Dahl

Jam-packed with turmeric, coconut, mixed spices, and curry powder, this one is a flavour explosion.

Yellow lentil Dahl with rice

This one had a nice Tomato flavour that tasted amazing. Wasnt spicy so would suit someone who doesn’t love spicy dishes.

Prana Power Bowl

Mash was delicious, soft, fluffy and tasted just like a real home-cooked mashed potato!

Mystic Black Rice Pudding

A sweet dessert or afternoon snack if you are craving something on the sweeter side.

And finally, heres a little look at how they arrived.
