Easy Pasta Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 100g pasta of choice ( I used chickpea pasta)
  • 1 chopped Zucchini
  • Bunch of Kale
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground garlic
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (mixed with some water)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt of choice
  • 2 tbsp chilli flakes

You don’t need to measure these ingredients to the exact, just use them all in as much a you want and it creates a seriously insane flavour!

Directions

  1. Start to boil and cook pasta
  2. Saute the kale with yeast, salt, pepper, garlic, nut butter, soy sauce and chilli.
  3. Add in Zucchini
  4. Turn heat down low and put the lid on and let sit for a few minutes while pasta cooks
  5. Drain pasta and mix your sauteed vegetables with the pasta
