Tempeh Fakin’ BLT Sandwich ​

Serves: 1


  • Our favorite bakery bread (toasted 2x)
  • Vegan Mayo
  • Crisp tempeh bacon 
  • Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Red Onion
  • Lettuce


    • Bake Tempe (200c for 20 minutes)
    • Soak cucumbers and tomatos in rice vinegar while tempeh bakes, sprinkle with salt/fresh ground pepper)
    • Slice red onion, romaine leaves and ripe avocado
    • Get toast ready & load it up!
