Baking News: We've Got Brownies

Vegan Double Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1 & 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease a pan of choice
  3. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, and vanilla and set aside
  4. In another bowl combine the cocoa powder, protein powder, flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and applesauce and stir until well combined
  5. Pour mixed brownie batter into the greased pan and evenly smooth out the top
  6. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top and with a knife swirl in the mixture until well combined
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Allow brownies to cool before removing them from pan and serving
  9. Enjoy!!!
