Is lab-grown meat the future? 

It is an incredible time we are living in. The clean meat or test tube meat industry is just beginning and this is certainly a move in the right direction for the vegan movement.

The production of these clean meats means the avoidance of harm towards the animals and allows meat to be produced in a lab that tastes and is textured like the real thing. The question for this movement will be how healthy are these meats and do they still potentially pose the same risks that red meats have become known for.

We will wait to see how this all plays out. But for now, the fact that companies are willing to invest and produce this kind of meat alternative is seriously positive and a big step forward.
