A company in the states believe they may just have cracked the key to creating killer ‘plant-based’ (yes plant-based) ice-cream!
Whilst early in the process, Eclipse Foods are on a mission to create the best dairy & soy-free ice-cream and they look to be doing a pretty darn good job of it too!
They claim that it’s 100% indistinguishable from dairy ice cream, and from the looks of it, maybe they’re right!
The ingredients include oat fibre, cane sugar, glucose, canola oil, cassava starch, and potato protein. Not what you might expect to create creamy delicious icecream.
Whilst not here in Australia (yet) we thought this was a pretty awesome looking product and we cant wait to see their journey!
