We recently asked our community the question; which of the current plant-based meats on the market here in Australia were their favourites. After receiving a great response we thought it would be a great time to share some of the answers and take a look over the current state of the plant-based meat market down under. If you have been paying attention to it, you will know that not a week goes by when a new product isnt hitting the market and we thought we would refresh you all on what’s out there.

Fable

Available at all major Supermarkets

The mushroom-based newcomer is fast becoming an Australian favourite. Fable is created using ingredients that are as minimally processed as possible. Fable is based on shiitake mushrooms which make up 2/3 of the ingredient list.
