In this recent video by Animals Australia, a greyhound adoption group called Greyhound Adoptions WA in Western Australia lovingly rescue a number of former racing greyhounds from China.

As you will see in the video, the welfare and living standards of these beautiful animals are of secondary concern to the greyhound racing industry and this is why we oppose greyhound racing here at Let’s Go Vegan. Greyhounds have been sent around the world, often to die by the industry who no longer feel they have value here at home.

We thought it was a story worth sharing as a ‘vegan lifestyle’ is not just about what we wear and eat, but also the industries and entertainment we support.
