Looking for a quick and delicious vegan meal that’s bursting with flavour? This Teriyaki Stir Fry featuring Bad Hunter Teriyaki plant-based strips is just the dish for you! Packed with colourful vegetables and hokkien noodles and ready in under 30 minutes! This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or a quick lunch if you're working from home. Ingredients
  

  • 230 g Bad Hunter Teriyaki plant-based chicken Strips available in the frozen section of Woolworths
  • 200 g Hokkien noodles
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 bunch broccolini chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over and let sit until cooked through. Drain, rinse and set aside until needed.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil to medium heat and add Bad Hunter Teriyaki Strips and cook until golden and cooked through. Put in a bowl and set aside until needed.
  • In the same frying pan, add sliced red capsicum, shredded red cabbage and chopped broccolini. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add hokkien noodles and teriyaki strips to the pan and pour teriyaki sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat and combine evenly.
  • Divide between bowls and serve.
