Why are so many vegan products in non recyclable packaging? It’s very frustrating that making a decision to be vegan in terms of addressing climate change means you’re on the other hand contributing to waste! E.g love soy milk but why aren’t any companies using packaging that can be recycled or even home composted? They’re all using plastic film lined cartons often with a plastic spout and cap. And all the other vegan stuff, sausages, patties, all plastic wrapped. If Herbert Adams brand can successfully package their pies, pasties and ricotta rolls in a simple cardboard box why can’t others?!
