
Double Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- 1¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup dairy-free milk
- ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Grease a pan of choice.
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, ¼cup coconut sugar, and vanilla and set aside.
- In another bowl combine the cocoa powder, protein powder, flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and applesauce and stir until well combined.
- Pour mixed brownie batter into the greased pan and evenly smooth out the top.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top and with a knife swirl in the mixture until well combined.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool before removing them from pan and serving.
