    I’m highly recommending the Tasmanian Soyoyoy’s products –
    Brie’zy & Unfeta’d. They’re the best plant-based cheeses I’ve tried & they absolutely satisfy my occasional craving for oozy soft cheese &, alternately umami flavour.

    They also do a great butter (Unbutr’d).

    I don’t profess to be a tofu connoisseur but I’m pretty happy with their Soyoyoy Tofu as well.

    For me – as a Tasmanian foodie, the food miles for this producer are minimal & their professional ethics make them my first choice.
