We are thrilled to be able to bring you a new (vegan-friendly) wine of the week, thanks to the lovely people at Vineful.
Vineful is an Australian wine delivery service that focuses on providing wines that are Organic, biodynamic, preservative-free or vegan friendly. They had us at Vegan Friendly obviously!
This hand-crafted wine is borne of the belief that you should expect the best of both worlds; wines made with care for the environment and fuller more generous flavours. This organic and vegan-friendly Shiraz is richly scented and equally provides great depth of flavour in a mouth-filling palate. Dark forest fruits, brown spices, and chocolate continue to shine through with soft grainy tannins and fresh acidity driving a long, plush finish.
Food recommendation: Ideally paired with lots of (vegan) chocolate! Dinner pairing would be a rich creamy mushroom risotto.
