These EASY, vegan rum balls contain Nature's Charm coconut condensed milk – which is just as delicious, if not even better than dairy condensed milk. These balls would be great if you have any festivities coming up to share with your friends and family! Of course, if there are minors, you can also omit the rum too.
250gplain biscuits (I used vegan, GF scotch fingers from Woolworths )
1cupdesiccated coconut (mine is from The Source West End Brisbane )
2tbspcocoa powder
2tbsprum
1/2cup'Natures Charm' coconut condensed milk
desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
In a food processor (I used my @magimix_australia ) add in the biscuits, cocoa powder and coconut and blitz until fine crumbs
Add in the rum and condensed milk and blitz until the mixture clumps together like cookie dough
Divide the mixture into 20 even portions and roll into balls. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat
Store the balls in the fridge until ready to serve
Notes
If the mixture appears too soft, place it in the fridge for a while until it firms up more before rolling. This recipe was kindly contributed by content creator Michelle of the Instagram account @run2food. Be sure to follow her for daily vegan recipes. These can be found at: www.run2food.com
