- ¾ cup chickpea flour
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup spring onions chopped
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until no flour remains. Set aside for 2 minutes to let the mixture thicken slightly
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan to medium heat
Pour the pancake mix into the pan int the shape of a circle
Cook for 2 minutes until golden on one side then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
