Creamy Basil Red Pepper Sauce
This super creamy pasta sauce is not only incredibly flavourful, but it's also incredibly easy to make using just one saucepan and one blender. The combination of wholewheat spaghetti, pre-soaked cashews, plant milk, roasted red peppers, garlic powder, salt, and fresh basil creates a velvety and fully satisfying sauce.

- 300 g wholewheat spaghetti
- 100 g cashews pre-soaked in boiling water at least 15 mins (preferably an hour or 2)
- 400 ml plant milk
- ½ jar roasted red peppers of a 400g jar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- A handful of fresh basil
