Toppings/Filling: Yoghurt, Fruit, Buckwheat, Pumpkin Seeds etc.
Instructions
For the pancakes, mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl then stir in the wet
Pour hand-sized amounts of the mixture for each pancake onto a non-stick/sprayed frying pan on low-medium heat, flipping each pancake once.
Place the pancakes onto a plate then add your yoghurt as the filling and toppings of choice
