Whole Baked Curried Cauliflower

This recipe features a whole cauliflower steamed and then roasted in a rich blend of crushed tomatoes, olive oil, and curry paste. Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 100 g AYAM™ Indonesian Vegetable Curry Paste
  • 1 400g can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes.
  • Mix together the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of the olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  • Place the cauliflower in the tomato and brush with the paste that has been mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour or until the paste has caramelised.
