3 Ingredient Protein Chocolate Mousse

You guys NEED to try this easy & delicious blender dessert recipe! Save it for later! I whipped up this delicious creamy protein choc mousse in literally a few seconds, using a secret ingredient: tofu!
- 300g medium tofu
- 50g non-dairy dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder
*Optional: liquid sweetener e.g. maple syrup to sweeten
- Add all the ingredients into the blender
- Blend on high for 10-20 seconds until everything is smooth & creamy
