Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup chickpea flour
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until no flour remains. Set aside for 2 minutes to let the mixture thicken slightly
  • Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan to medium heat
  • Pour the pancake mix into the pan int the shape of a circle
  • Cook for 2 minutes until golden on one side then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favourite sauce
