Cocoa Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ banana mashed
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder
1 Flax or Chia Egg
flax egg:
- 1 tbsp flax
- 3 tbsp water stir in a small dish and allow to thicken
OR chia egg:
- 1 tbsp chia
- 2½ tbsp water stir in a small dish and allow to thicken
Instructions
- Blend oats into a flour using a food processor or blender
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix/ blend well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles start forming in the top and the pancake seems firmer, then flip.
- Repeat with all of the pancakes until they are cooked.
- Top then with whatever you like, I used coconut yoghurt and berries.
- Enjoy!
