
Easy Pasta Recipe

With a handful of simple yet flavourful ingredients like chickpea pasta, zucchini, kale, nutritional yeast, pepper, garlic, nut butter, soy sauce, salt, and a touch of chilli flakes, you're in for a treat. Get ready to whip up a satisfying dish that combines the goodness of pasta with the freshness of vegetables and a burst of umami flavours.
Ingredients
- 100 g pasta of choice I used chickpea pasta
- 1 chopped zucchini
- bunch of kale
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp ground garlic
- 1 tbsp nut butter mixed with some water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt of choice
- 2 tbsp chilli flakes
You don’t need to measure these ingredients to the exact, just use them all as much as you want and it creates a seriously insane flavour!
Instructions
- Start to boil and cook pasta.
- Saute the kale with yeast, salt, pepper, garlic, nut butter, soy sauce and chilli.
- Add in Zucchini.
- Turn heat down low and put the lid on and let sit for a few minutes while pasta cooks.
- Drain pasta and mix your sauteed vegetables with the pasta.
