Eleven Madison Park is coming to Sydney

Eleven Madison Park is coming to Sydney

Eleven Madison Park is widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in the world. In 2021 head chef and Michelin award winner Daniel Humm made the incredible decision to switch the entire restaurant’s fine dining menu to become purely plant-based. Read more about the switch here.

The move was a bold and important statement about the future of plant-based dining and eating and solidified plant-based dining’s credibility within the fine dining space globally. Now Humm and his team will be bringing their vision to Australia as part of the Vivid festival taking place in Sydney.

Over two weeks, across a series of lunches and dinners, Daniel Humm and his team, with the support of Matt Moran and the Aria team, will create a dining experience that transcends cultural heritage and champions culinary discovery.

This menu will showcase Daniel’s visionary plant-based approach to fine dining, showcasing the diverse flavours, processes and ingredients that capture the essence of New South Wales.

When?
