Zac Bird is hosting a Vegan Parma night in Richmond
Vegan Butcher and all-round vegan entertainer Zac Bird has launched a weekly vegan parma night at DT’s Hotel, Richmond (Melbourne). This fantastic event will be running it for the remainder of 2025 and hopefully beyond! For those who arent familiar with Zac’s work he is a chef, author, social media personality and all-around nice guy!
The team visited the event and can honestly say that the parma’s were incredible! With a selection of parma’s and vegan dessert options, this is a must for all Melbournians or those visiting Melbourne.
In terms of the menu, each plate includes a big, fat plant based chicken schnitzel topped the classic Italian way. You can also try the Hawaiian, Aussie, Korean Carbonara or Nashville variants (plus chips and salad, of course!).
The event runs every Wednesday from 5pm to 9.00pm and you can order the parma special plus a pot of beer or cider for only $32. Gluten free option & dessert available, too.
The night is hosted at Melbourne’s longest running inclusive queer bar so stick around after your meal and meet the team and friendly community.
