McCafe Australia adds oat milk into the mix

The times, they are a-changing, and Macca’s like all successful big businesses understand the importance of evolution towards that of the consumers’ preference. Whilst many in the vegan and plant-based space may not frequent Mcdonald’s as much as others, it is important to note that some will enjoy the odd coffee or hashbrown from them on occasion. So it’s with great delight to see that Mcdonald’s Australia’s McCafe has now added oat milk to their coffee selection, selecting the popular Milklab brand to do the honors.

Mcdonald’s shared the news on social media by stating simply:

“MILKLAB Oat Milk has officially joined the McCafé lineup.”

Milklab had been in a trial phase with Mcdonald’s prior to the annoncement, but this has certainly made it official with the roll out happening across selected stores.

About the Milklab Oatmilk range

MILKLAB Oat is made with 100% Australian oats which are grown across South-Eastern Australia and Western Australia, where the soil is rich, expansive, and fertile. This is perfect for the growth of nutritious, clean, and delicious tasting oats with balanced taste profiles.

With oat milk production contributing to less land use, water inputs and carbon emissions compared with other milk products, oat milk is also the environmentally sustainable milk choice. MILKLAB colLABorates with environmentally sustainable Australian oat producers who use self-generated renewable energy on-site, contributing to environmentally responsible production processes.
