Nadia Fragnito has a new Vegan Christmas cookbook ‘NATALE’

Friend of Let’s Go Vegan and expert on all things vegan Italian, Nadia Fragnito has just announced the launch of her new book just in time for the Christmas shopping period!

Nadia Fragnito, a vegan Italian specialist and creator of The Vegan Italian Kitchen, authors this unique addition to the world of cookbooks; a beautifully crafted hardcover featuring a collection of over 60 plant-based recipes, with full-colour photography capturing an evocative winter in Italy and festive cooking moments.

Nadia has developed Natale over two years, delving first hand into Italy’s diverse regional cuisine. The cookbook is a guide to creating a holiday feast with iconic classic dishes and also the lesser known Italian recipes.

Natale is the ultimate cook’s guide to creating an unforgettable feast, including gluten free dishes and menu suggestions.  We know that this new book will make for a perfect Christmas gift for the vegan or Italian foodie in your life!

Nadia’s mission is to inspire everyone to take the vegan Christmas meal to the next level. ‘Vegans often miss out at Christmas family feasts. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Plant-based cuisine can be indulgent, nostalgic and delicious.’

To celebrate the launch, a limited presale discount is available until October 25th. Order from The Vegan Italian Kitchen website www.theveganitaliankitchen.com
