  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pkt of MEET® Tenders
  • 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Malaysian curry paste
  • 140ml canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Coriander
  • Steamed white rice


  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add MEET Tenders, onion, garlic, and curry

  2. Cook until MEET Tenders are browned

  3. Mix in coconut milk, peanut butter, and sweet chilli sauce

  4. Simmer for 15 mins then reduce heat to low and thicken the sauce

  5. Serve with rice and garnish with coriander
