Whilst Shannon has become a name all around Australia, her venues have been Melbourne based…until now!

Ovolo Hotel and its restaurant Alibi have now introduced a new Mediterranean-inspired offering by Martinez that leans heavily on Martinez’s Spanish heritage.

Smoked, spiced and plated to perfection, each dish at Alibi has been expertly crafted by for an unforgettable dining experience designed to satisfy the appetites of both veggie and non-veggie lovers alike.

With a combination of classical and innovative cooking techniques that showcase locally sourced plant-based ingredients, get ready for a flavoursome and contemporary a la carte, degustation and high tea dining experience.
