That Good Good Market is coming to Australia

That Good Good Market is coming to Australia

Meet Paula Vallero and Malacchi Esdale, the visionary powerhouses behind That Good Good Market. Their inspiring entrepreneurial journey began amidst the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic, as fate brought them together not just as husband and wife, but as business partners.

Fueled by their unwavering passion for veganism and a shared love for tantalising cuisine, Malacchi and Paula embarked on an awe-inspiring endeavour — the creation of That Good Good Market.

That Good Good Market transcends being merely a plant- based market. It serves as a vibrant hub for people to come together, forge connections, and embark on exciting culinary adventures.

After a triumphant launch in San Diego, California, the dynamic duo plan on conquering Australian Shores (We are pretty excited to heat this!).

Landing in Sydney’s vibrant Entertainment Quarter from the 9th of July, the market will run on the 2nd Sunday of each month (9am-3pm).

Originally from Argentina, Paula spent her formative years in Australia and is thrilled to be bringing TGGM to the place she calls home. Combining her background in graphic design and event planning with Malacchi’s passion for the vegan lifestyle, they have played a significant role in shaping the vision and success of That Good Good Market.

Hailing from Delaware with strong ties to various parts of Philadelphia, Malacchi stands as an Olympic athlete and professional rugby player with an immense importance on health and fitness. Together, Malacchi and Paula explored San Diego’s vibrant culinary scene, uncovering new vegan restaurants at every turn. The thrill of these discoveries heightened their excitement, ultimately fueling their desire to create an exceptional event for all.

“We know there is an outdated stigma around the word ‘vegan’ so we choose to steer clear of it!” Paula says. “We wanted to create a fun event with food, music and shopping that you can enjoy with your friends and family. The food just so happens to be vegan!”

Extending beyond aesthetics; the pair aimed to construct a space that exuded both style and warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere, driven by community and inclusivity. They have since transformed TGGM into an unmissable experience, captivating audiences with its vibrant offerings and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Their dedication to promoting a sustainable and compassionate way of life has positioned them as trailblazers in the world of vegan food and lifestyle, inspiring others to embrace a conscious and plant-based existence.
