Katie White, the heart and soul behind “By Katie,” is a Le Cordon Bleu London-trained plant-based chef, author, food photographer and she is also a member of the Let’s Go Vegan community.

Her passion for cooking began in her childhood in rural Australia, where she spent countless hours in a mud kitchen, sparking her love for food and the creation of incredible dishes.. This early interest blossomed into a career dedicated to compassionate, plant-based living.

Katie’s transition to veganism at the age of 24 was driven by her compassion for animals, catalyzed by a poignant moment near a slaughterhouse. This experience solidified her commitment to promoting a vegan lifestyle. She has earn Le Cordon Bleu’s Plant-Based Culinary Arts Diploma, a testament to her commitment to delivering incredible plant base food.
