Vegan Chicken Now Available At Woolworths

For those chicken-eating folk who feel they couldn’t give up the chicken to go vegan, fear not! There are now a whole host of fantastic faux-chicken alternatives at your local supermarket to recreate schnitzels, skewers, and the classic chicken & pasta. We recently featured a number of them on our Instagram account which you can take a look at here.

So let’s take a look at just a few of the products and brands available at your local Woolworths supermarket 🙂

Vegie Delights creates delicious and convenient plant-based foods, drawing on a rich history of providing vegetarian foods dating back to 1912! Currently at Woolworth’s they have the Crispy Chicken Style Burgers (See Above).

Fry Group Foods is a family-owned manufacturer of vegan meat substitutes founded by South Africans Wally and Debbie Fry in 1991. They currently stock plant-based nuggets & schnitzels at Woolworth’s.
