This simple Kale Cashew Pesto recipe was shared by Lauren from @savornsweets. A healthy addition to cover your pasta, salad, top a pizza or veggies. No cooking involved, just a few ingredients and a blender and you’ll have a sauce in no time.
Kale Cashew Pesto
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh kale
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup avocado (or olive) oil
- salt + pepper to taste
- Blend everything together in a food processor or blender.
- Enjoy!! (Great on pasta, sandwiches, salads, etc.)
