Vegan Milo has arrived down under.
Yes, you heard right, another iconic Australian staple has been given the vegan treatment and launched here in Australia.
Milo, the childhood drink of so many Aussies, has now launched its a plant-based (vegan) range and everyone seems to be loving it (from the many we have spoken with).
The new version of Milo still uses its classic malt, barley, and cocoa ingredients and keeps the same chocolatey taste for us all to enjoy! The only difference will be that it will be 100% cruelty-free.
Here’s what the Milo team had to say about the product:
“We believe this trend is here to stay, as consumers look at different ways to enjoy and balance their protein intake and eat more meat-free meals,” Nestlé Marketing Manager Foods Tracy Hardwick said.
