#1 Cherry Vanilla Porridge (or cake flavoured)

⅓ cup small cut oats (30g)
a generous pinch of salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla or a couple drops of vanilla aroma
2 tsp chia seeds or semi ground flax seeds
2 tsp sweetener of choice
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
1 ½ tbsp vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch + 3 tbsp water/non dairy milk handful of frozen cherries a splash of vegan cream, optional toppings of choice
serves: 1

#2 Minty Chocolate Chip Oatmeal
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp sweetener of choice
a splash of non dairy milk 1 cup non dairy milk (250ml), more if needed
1 peppermint tea bag
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
1 tsp flax seeds, semi ground chocolate chips, optional toppings and sweetener of choice
serves: 1

#3 Overnight Chai Couscous Oats
1 cup non dairy milk
1 chai tea bag (2 for more intense flavour)
¼ cup + 1 tbsp couscous, dry (43g + 1 tbsp)
3 tbsp oats,
small cut 1 tsp flax seeds,
semi ground ½ tsp cinnamon pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegan yogurt/mashed banana/unsweetened applesauce toppings/sweetener of choice serves: 1

#4 Super Easy Savoury Oatmeal
¼ cup rolled oats (23g)
⅓ cup small cut oats (30g)
1 ¼ cup vegetable broth (310ml)
1-2 tsp soy sauce spices of choice, I used ½ tsp Italian herbs 2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil salt to taste,
if needed toppings: 1-2 bell peppers, ½ can kidney beans (120g), hummus, marinara sauce pickled onion recipe:…
serves: 1

#5 Crispy & Chewy Baked Oatmeal Bites
1 flax ‘egg’ (1 tbsp semi ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water)
250g small cut oats (3 cups minus 1 tbsp)
½ tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 tbsp raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla optional: 1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup non dairy milk (180ml) yields 1 brownie pan, (20×20 cm – 25 x 25 cm)
