Watermelon & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie recipe is easy, delicious, healthy, colourful and the best way I know to clean out my refrigerator at the end of the week.

Watermelon & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are a great way to quickly and easily increase your fresh produce intake.


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or berries of your choice!)
  • 3/4 cup fresh watermelon
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Mint


  1. In a blender, place all ingredients together and blend until smooth. If necessary add in more coconut water until you get a nice thick smoothie consistency.
  2. Pour into your coconut bowl and enjoy on it’s own or add your fav fruit toppings.

Notes Adding a scoop of protein powder will further help curb cravings, boost energy and sustain you throughout the day!
