Well and Good launch Plant Based Meal Kits

Well and Good Plant-Based Meal Kits.

Meatless Mondays just got easier thanks to Well and Good’s Easy Meals.

Many of you will recognize the brand from their very popular Cheesy Mac range, which was a big hit when it hit shelves last year. The team are now back with a new product range of ready-made-meals called Easy Meals.

Easy Meals are a plant-based range of meal kits suitable for vegans (nice!) and with each box containing a bag of high-fibre brown rice and a sachet of internationally-inspired “meat mix”.

This range offers great value for money and because the boxes sit in the pantry until needed, there is no food waste!

Managing Director, Sam Barak, says,

“Australia is the third fastest growing vegan market in the world, but consumers lack ambient plant-based options in the convenience meals category. We’ve created a range of meals that are a perfect balance of authentic taste, healthy eating, and convenience.”

In terms of product range, there are three distinct flavours: Mild Mexican Chilli, Moroccan Spiced Tagine and Thai Green Curry.

All of the products are high in protein and a good source of fibre. All are free from gluten, dairy, and nuts and obviously are suitable for vegans.

The products also tick the boxes for Kosher and Halal & are officially Vegan Australia Certified.

A little more about the Well & Good Company

Well and Good is an Australian-owned and operated company that has built a solid reputation for producing gluten-free baking mixes, convenience meals and baked bread. Based in Melbourne, the factory was purpose-built and is an allergen-free facility. Gluten, nuts, egg, and dairy are not permitted in the factory.

Where can we grab them from?

Their gluten free products are ranged in selected Coles, IGAs and health stores throughout Australia. The Well and Good ranging varies by store so we recommend you call the store before visiting to check what range they carry.
