
Whole Baked Curried Cauliflower
Transform a simple cauliflower into a flavourful dish with AYAM™ Indonesian Vegetable Curry Paste. This recipe features a whole cauliflower steamed and then roasted in a rich blend of crushed tomatoes, olive oil, and curry paste. The result is a tender, aromatic cauliflower with a caramelised curry crust, perfect as a hearty side or a main course. Enjoy this delicious and easy-to-make dish that's sure to impress.
Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 100 g AYAM™ Indonesian Vegetable Curry Paste
- 1 400g can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes.
- Mix together the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of the olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- Place the cauliflower in the tomato and brush with the paste that has been mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour or until the paste has caramelised.
