Heirloom Pizza
Have you ever tried vegan cheese on a pizza? Sometimes they don’t melt or taste quite like the cheese you’re used to but have no fear, we have a solution to this age-old problem. This delicious recipe uses Sheese, a vegan cheese alternative stocked right here in Australia. They have a variety of cheeses that melt, spread, and taste just like the cheese you are used to, so you wouldn’t even know it was vegan!

- premade pizza base
- 1/4 cup tomato passata
- Sheese Mozzarella Style Shreds
- heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil for drizzling
- thyme sprigs
Preheat the oven to 180ºc
Spread passata on the pizza base and top with cheese shreds.
Arrange the tomatoes evenly on the pizza.
Top with some sprigs of thyme.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
