Here’s a recipe for a Heirloom Pizza using ‘Sheese’ Mozarella.
- premade pizza base
- 1⁄4 cup tomato passata
- Sheese Mozzarella Style Shreds
- heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- olive oil for drizzling
- thyme sprigs
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Spread passata on the pizza base and top with cheese shreds
- Arrange the tomatoes evenly on the pizza
- Top with some sprigs of thyme
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
