Shanghainese Fried Noodle With OmniMeat Strip

- 1 pack OmniMeat Strips defrosted
- 450 g Shanghai Noodles (or any noodles tough enough to be stir-fried)
- 350 g cabbage shredded
- 50 g onion shredded
- 50 g Dried Black Fungus Strips (Asian grocers should have these)
- oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium mushroom Powder
- Pure Black Sesame Oil
- 200 ml water
Soak black fungus strips in hot water for 30 minutes to an hour, then drain, rinse and set aside
Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry OmniMeat Strips until they’re browned and smell amazing, take them out and set them aside
Add a little more oil and pan-fry the onion until it smells amazing too, then stir in the Shanghai noodles and the remaining dry ingredients
Mix your seasonings together in a bowl and pour over the noodles, adding some water to loosen everything up, then simmer over low heat until almost all the water has evaporated
