Preheat oven to 200 Degrees C. Peel potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place wedges into mixing bowl with all other ingredients and toss until well combined.
Spread wedges onto a baking tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes. Once golden, turn the potatoes and bake for a further 10 minutes. Allow to rest.
Pan-fry your pita breads/wraps over low-medium heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
Place all salad ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Generously spread BioTzatziki over pita breads/wraps (the creamier, the better!), add potato wedges and salad.
