- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Filling
- ¾ cup frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 2 tbsp flour
