Ingredients
  

Topping

  • ½ cup organic sprouted spelt flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour or Whole Wheat pastry flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax meal
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp cardamom
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Filling

  • ¾ cup frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tbsp flour
