Can you really get enough protein on a vegan / plant-based diet?

This is the age-old question that inevitably comes up whenever the ‘vegan’ discussion is in session…can you really get enough protein to effectively sustain a vegan diet?

We are not nutritional experts, but we know a few people who are! We thought we would take a look at a few key discussions on the issue below.
