Have you ever tried vegan cheese on a pizza? Sometimes they don’t melt or taste quite like the cheese you’re used to but have no fear, we have a solution to this age-old problem. This delicious recipe uses Sheese, a vegan cheese alternative stocked right here in Australia. They have a variety of cheeses that melt, spread, and taste just like the cheese you are used to, so you wouldn’t even know it was vegan!

Ingredients
  

  • premade pizza base
  • 1/4 cup tomato passata
  • Sheese Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • thyme sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºc
  • Spread passata on the pizza base and top with cheese shreds.
  • Arrange the tomatoes evenly on the pizza.
  • Top with some sprigs of thyme.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
