Ingredients
  

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 capsicum
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast carrots and capsicum with salt and pepper and garlic-infused olive oil and Italian herbs on 160℃ for 25 -30 mins.
  • Peel skins of capsicum (can keep on but makes it slightly bitter).
  • Blend together with nutritional yeast and water.
  • Stir into pasta of choice and enjoy!
